- A good understanding of audio with a solid understanding of both hardware and software components.

- Carry out bench repairs of client equipment as appropriate. Execute repairs on electronic equipment, including replacing defective components, soldering connections, and addressing circuit issues.
- Provide telephone and online support in answering technical questions for equipment and systems.
- Timely and accurate reporting for all service, maintenance and repair work carried out.
- To ensure all equipment is serviced in a manner that complies with all safety and other electrical legislation.

- Facilitate and process import and export clearance and issue import and export clearing instructions.
- Updating the sales team on their orders and shipping delivery times using the central shipment and order schedule.
- Landed costs of import shipments (shipment costing) using our landed costs module.
- Export commercial documents and export clearance.
- Process improvements.
- Freight savings and shipment landed cost improvement will be key metrics.
- Maintaining good relationships with suppliers and team members.
