Position: External Account Manager/Sales Executive
Department: Sales & Distribution

As we continue to expand our business, we are seeking a highly motivated and skilled External Account Manager/Sales Executive to join our dynamic team.
As an External Account Manager/Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and building lasting relationships with our valued clients. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and pursue new business opportunities while nurturing and expanding existing accounts. You will be an integral part of our sales team, working closely with our customers to understand their needs, provide expert advice, and offer tailored solutions from our comprehensive product portfolio.
Desired Experience & Qualification:
• Strong knowledge of AV and lighting products, technologies, and applications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
• Exceptional negotiation and persuasion abilities, coupled with strong closing skills.
• Self-motivated and target-driven, with a passion for exceeding sales goals.
• Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and attend industry events as required.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory or client base.
• Identify and prospect new business opportunities, generating leads and qualifying prospects.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, acting as their trusted advisor in the AV and lighting industry.
• Conduct in-depth client needs analysis to understand their unique requirements and propose suitable solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including project management and technical support, to ensure seamless execution of client projects.
• Prepare and present compelling sales proposals, product demonstrations, and quotations to potential and existing clients.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify growth opportunities.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and reports to the management team.
• Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events to expand your professional network and promote our products and services.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest product knowledge and industry advancements through continuous learning and training initiatives
