Stage Audio Works Namibia successfully integrated an advanced AV system into the new Chemotherapy Facility at the Namibian Oncology Centre in Windhoek. Designed to enhance patient comfort, the system includes background music, UHD smart TVs in shared and private treatment areas, and individual Apple TV units for on-demand streaming, creating a welcoming and engaging atmosphere for patients undergoing treatment. The project was awarded to SAW Namibia following a competitive tender, with the centre’s goal being to provide a modern, user-friendly AV experience that aligns with its high standards for durability and minimal maintenance.
SAW Namibia worked closely with Emcon Consulting Engineers and Decora cc to navigate the logistical challenges of integrating the system within an active construction site, ultimately completing the project on schedule. This installation, which includes an Audac All-in-One audio solution with easy-to-use ceiling speakers and streaming modules, reflects SAW Namibia’s commitment to patient wellbeing, offering entertainment and comfort to support the healing environment.
