When Ogilvy Namibia moved into its new headquarters in Windhoek, Stage Audio Works Namibia was tasked with delivering a professional videoconferencing and presentation solution for the agency’s new boardroom. With a high ceiling, substantial wooden beams and challenging acoustics, the system needed to provide clear, intelligible conferencing while integrating discreetly into the room without compromising its distinctive character.
Stage Audio Works Namibia specified a Logitech Rally Plus Modular VC System, providing a flexible and expandable BYOD conferencing platform with PTZ camera, wall-mounted speakers, microphone pods and table display hub. To deliver the visual impact expected from a leading creative agency, a Samsung QE98C 98″ display was selected, providing an impressive canvas for presentations and video conferencing while maintaining a sleek, professional aesthetic.
Particular attention was given to microphone pickup and system placement to overcome the boardroom’s acoustic challenges.
