Mishkat Interactive Centre for Atomic and Renewable Energy

Saudi Arabia

With the pressing need to adopt renewable energies rising, Mishkat Interactive Center for Atomic & Renewable Energy was developed to counteract Saudi Arabia’s current reliance on oil and gas. The goal was to utilise engaging technology to plant the seed of knowledge that will inspire the next generation of Saudi energy innovators.

Working alongside interactive experience specialists, formula D_, Stage Audio Works supplied and integrated the audio-visual equipment to power a large immersive exhibit. The hardware used included ultra-short throw projectors from Christie and the audio element was supported by Frenetik PoE loudspeakers.

“The ultra-short throw laser was the perfect fit here. We required something that could be mounted very close to the screen so that the children who are engaged in moving the plinths don’t cast shadows.” – Nathan Ihlenfeldt, CTO at Stage Audio Works
