Swakopmund
Stage Audio Works Namibia recently completed the installation of a professional Audac audio system at the new Namibia Padel Club in Swakopmund, located along the coastal Platz-am-Meer promenade. Commissioned ahead of the club’s December 2024 launch, the solution supports high-quality ambient music and clear voice announcements across two padel courts. SAW designed a durable, scalable system tailored to the club’s needs, using weather-resistant Audac ATEOxM Series loudspeakers powered by a combination of 100V public address and dual-channel amplifiers to ensure reliable coverage in the open-air, coastal environment.
The system features zone-based control, a stereo preamplifier, and a paging microphone for flexible operation, including independent volume management for adjacent open-play areas. Despite tight deadlines and logistical challenges, the installation was completed in time for the high-traffic holiday season. As Namibia Padel prepares to expand to other regions, this solution sets a replicable standard for future sites. The project reflects SAW’s commitment to delivering practical, high-performance audio systems built to last.
